REFUND POLICY
At Vanity Pier, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Our policy is designed to protect your rights as a consumer. Please read the following guidelines to understand how we handle refunds.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of purchase. This complies with consumer protection standards and gives you ample time to evaluate your purchase.
Note: Clearance, Last Chance, and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new or like-new condition. This adheres to general consumer protection principles. The original packaging must be retained and used for returns or exchanges. A repacking fee will be deducted from your refund if an item is returned without the original packaging.
3. EXTENDED AREA SURCHARGES
For addresses with Extended Area Delivery Surcharges, the surcharge added at checkout is non-refundable once the order ships. In case of a return, the same surcharge amount will be deducted from your refund.
4. PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
Retain the original packaging for returns or exchanges. A repacking fee will be applied if an item is returned without the original packaging. Please keep the packaging even if delivery crews offer to remove it, as carriers require items to be packaged for pickup.
Note: Upgraded delivery options (Enhanced Delivery, Premium Delivery, White Glove Delivery) are non-refundable.
5. DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY
Inspect your item immediately upon receipt. Report any shipping damage or manufacturing defects within 48 hours of receiving the item. Take pictures of the problem areas and packaging and email them to info@vanitypier.com for assistance.
6. REFUND PROCESS
For small-parcel returns, a return shipping label will be provided. For truck delivery items, a freight carrier pick-up will be scheduled after return paperwork processing. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled before shipping. If an item has shipped, it will be considered a return, and the standard return policy will apply.
8. FINAL SALE
Items discounted as FINAL SALE, including those with promotional codes, cannot be returned. The FINAL SALE discount must be accepted at the time of purchase, and once an order has shipped, the discount cannot be retroactively applied.
